We value your trust in our company. For this reason, we wanted to inform you of a recent incident involving your information. A recent cybersecurity incident put some of that data in harm’s way, and we apologize for that.

We take this very seriously, and we strive for transparency in the status of our investigation and what we’re doing to help protect you.

What happened:

The company was recently the victim of a ransomware attack. As a result of the attack, several of the company’s servers were encrypted, including ones containing your information. We do not know at this time whether your information was accessed, and we are investigating the situation further.

What information was involved:

The affected servers contain employee and/or business associate files. This includes contact information and information that you have provided to us in your payroll and onboarding documentation, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number, address
  • Driver’s license number or identification card number
  • Social security numbers
  • Payroll account numbers

What we are doing:

We have contacted law enforcement and engaged outside privacy counsel to assist with our response and investigation. This investigation is ongoing.

In addition, we are offering credit monitoring solutions for the next 12 months, at no cost to you.
